Responsibilities

Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones with ease
Managing event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO’s employer brand
Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines
Sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channels
Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters
Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups
Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team

Required

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus
Ability to work on-site in either Atlanta or Philadelphia
