Responsibilities
Manage multi-discipline MEP projects from proposal through construction closeout
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of MEP engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-discipline design projects
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
Professional Engineer (PE) license
