Incentive Program Analyst, Senior (NJUS)
NetJets is the global private aviation leader providing exceptional private travel experiences. The Senior Incentive Program Analyst will support, design, implement, and analyze incentive programs to enhance employee performance and engagement across the Flight Center.

Responsibilities
Incentive Plan Implementation and Management - Track, coordinate and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual incentive results. Work with departmental leaders to ensure incentive results accurately reflect performance and individuals are compensated properly
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development - Work with departmental stakeholders to define and establish key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals and department performance
Employee Performance Optimization - Analyze performance metrics and data to identify trends, areas of improvement, measurement, and opportunities for enhancing individual and department performance
Report Development - Create and develop reports regarding key performance indicators that align with company strategy and provide business insights for leaders and individual contributors across the Flight Center
Forecasting and Predictive Analysis - Use statistical models and data analysis techniques to forecast future performance trends. Provide data-driven recommendations and support to Flight Center leaders to influence business outcomes and create a supportive and motivating work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business Administration
4-6 years of experience
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
Analytical with the ability to research situations to identify value add solutions
Influence skills to work with multiple teams and leadership
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to partner cross functionally
Report writing and presentation skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Empathetic and approachable, with genuine interest in employee well-being and success
Attention to detail to identify opportunities for improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
