Identify and prospect potential clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sector
Present our talent acquisition models to clients, highlighting our expertise in the life sciences sector and tailored recruitment solutions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality, overall service to clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on new opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline is desirable
3 plus years of proven experience in sales within the recruitment or staffing industry, specifically servicing the life sciences sector
Must have an existing rolodex of existing life sciences / biotech companies
Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including trends, challenges, and key players
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
