Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
Support Windows 11 lifecycle activities, including deployments, upgrades, and end-user assistance
Perform device refresh and lifecycle replacement services
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
Manage user data transfers and software installations
Maintain accurate hardware, software, and user inventory records
Provide conference room, meeting, and executive/board-level technical support
Document, track, and resolve issues through the ticketing system
Travel between local office locations as needed using a personal vehicle
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on enterprise desktop or endpoint support experience
Recent experience (within the last 3 years) providing technical support
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 and Windows operating systems
2+ years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise domain environment
2+ years of experience with device imaging and deployment
Experience installing, maintaining, and diagnosing computer hardware and peripherals in a networked environment
Experience supporting operating system and hardware lifecycle replacements
Ability to work fully on-site and travel locally between office locations
Preferred
CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification
Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
Experience with software installations and upgrades
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve complex technical issues
