New Grad, Entry LevelTesla is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support its rapidly growing renewable energy teams. The successful candidate will conduct candidate searches, interview applicants, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients while managing a demanding workload.

Responsibilities
Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions
