Sr. Account Manager, Bass Pro

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the accounts business including but not limited to product presentations, assortment planning, and order bank management
Partner with cross functional internal teams in Go-To-Market planning and execution on a seasonal basis
Develop, maintain, and manage account relationships at all levels
Build long-term strategy for growth in partnership with Sales Director
Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue
Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights
Partner cross-functionally to drive the authenticity and connection of Under Armour to consumer “athletes” across North America

Required

Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree
Typically 3 - 5 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise
Sales experience within sporting goods (preferably outdoor apparel/footwear industry), consumer goods or consulting industries
High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
A proven track record in commercial achievements
A sincere and contagious passion for building the Under Armour brand
Smart, creative, disciplined and driven
