AV Sr. Departmental TEF Technician - Computing Services
Carnegie Mellon University is seeking an AV Sr. Departmental TEF Technician to support their Computing Services department. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining audio-visual equipment for university events, ensuring all presentations operate smoothly, and providing support for live presentations and distance learning.

Responsibilities
Maintains inventory and inspects departmental equipment. Locates and retrieves missing equipment. Consults and recommends on the purchase of AV equipment to replace or be added to equipment inventory
May film video productions
May train or instruct students, staff or faculty on operation of A/V equipment. Trouble shoots user issues
Responsible for delivery, set-up, operation and retrieval of A/V equipment that is used for University events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree
A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered
