Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including personal injury, business disputes, contract claims, employment issues, and real estate litigation

Handle cases from intake through settlement, trial, or appeal

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs

Take and defend depositions, including parties, experts, and key fact witnesses

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties

Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial proceedings

Provide strategic recommendations and clear legal analysis to clients

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
