HR Business Partner & Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of cyclical HR programs and diverse projects related to human capital and organizational initiatives
Oversee project lifecycle, from initiation (scope/goals) to execution, ensuring delivery
Develop project plans, manage resources, budgets, timelines, and monitor progress
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Conduct and review internal investigations, including performance issues and workplace conduct matters
Provide guidance on company policies, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment
Maintain thorough documentation of cases, investigations, and corrective actions
Partner with HR Business Partners, Employment Practices, Compliance, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to implement effective solutions
Identify trends in employee relations and drive process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience managing complex projects
Strong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive solutions are essential for success
Experience conducting investigations and managing complex cases
Demonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levels
Preferred
PHR/SPHR certification preferred
