Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice
Provide quality treatment to our patients
Provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary
Maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
