Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules
Maintain baseline schedules, track critical paths, and update forecasts in response to scope changes or risks
Partner with Facilities, Program Management, Production, and Engineering, teams to define requirements, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate regular coordination meetings, capture action items, and close loops on decisions
Produce and distribute regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, from shop floor to executive leadership
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship

Preferred

2-3 years of project engineering or coordination experience on construction/facilities projects
Experience in a manufacturing environment for the aerospace or defense industry
Proficient with project scheduling tools (MS Project, or equivalent)
Knowledge of capital project planning, construction coordination, and large-scale equipment integration
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained
