Strategy & Operations Lead
Broccoli AI is developing an AI operating system for the home services market, aiming to scale rapidly after a successful funding round. The Strategy & Operations Lead will be responsible for systems, processes, and analysis to support executive leadership and sales teams as the company grows.

Responsibilities
Own sales enablement materials for PE-backed platforms
Define target customer segments and GTM strategy
Lead pricing and packaging decisions
Create partnerships, referral, and other programs
Build account dashboards and health metrics
Design the account planning process
Set cross-sell targets and incentive structures
Create ROI reporting to support retention and expansion
Partner with marketing to drive cross-sell
Build and own executive KPI dashboards
Set targets and track performance
Prepare board and investor materials
Drive special projects and ad hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (also open to externships / secondments)
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution
Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
Excited to work in-office in San Francisco with the team
Preferred
Experience at a high-growth startup
Exposure to SQL, RevOps, or analytics tooling
