Qualification
Required

Minimum eight years of building maintenance and repairs; including electrical, plumbing, kitchen repairs, and HVAC
City of Detroit First Class Refrigeration License, High Pressure Boiler License, and Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certificate
