Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for finance system enhancements
Validate integrations and data flows across Finacle and Oracle systems, including OFSAA, FAH, and PeopleSoft
Perform end-to-end functional testing, reconcile results, and support UAT sign-off
Identify defects, manage resolution, and coordinate with technology and business teams
Support documentation of testing results for audit and governance purposes
Assess current-state finance processes and systems, and define target-state requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to document process flows, data needs, and system interactions
Support design sessions for financial processing, reporting, and control improvements
Work with testing teams and developers to validate requirements throughout the lifecycle
Contribute to impact assessments and readiness planning for upcoming releases
Analyze the legacy finance platform and contribute to the design of the new architecture
Lead planning, build, and delivery activities for the Canadian implementation
Coordinate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to drive milestones
Ensure alignment with global design principles and integration patterns
Support risk, issue, and dependency management across the program
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle financial applications (OFSAA, FAH, PeopleSoft)
Understanding of ledger, accounting, reconciliation, and finance system processes
Experience testing banking or financial services platforms
Strong finance domain expertise (financial accounting, reconciliations, reporting, etc.)
Experience supporting finance or product-control functions within banking
Payments experience is a plus
Ability to translate business needs into clear system and functional requirements
Strong background in finance, accounting, financial systems, or banking operations
Experience with finance platform builds, data flows, and system integrations
Ability to work independently within a less structured program environment
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers
Nice-to-have: Alteryx and Power BI
