They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare – Pharma Services team, responsible for providing advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and more.

Responsibilities

Provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring and corporate & venture services
Develop internal and external relationships
Conduct financial modeling and analysis
Participate in M&A transactions
Collaborate with corporate clients and financial sponsors

Required

1 - 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience
Experience with M&A transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
