Responsibilities
Complete civil and architectural designs for wireless telecommunication sites
Analyze and understand the specific project scope of work including existing electrical power and proposed power requirements
Perform structural mappings on rooftops and take measurements on sites and collect data from the field sufficient to perform the designs in the office side
Identify any potential space constraints/challenges and develop a solution for the site layout
Perform site walks with the project manager and the customer whenever needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field or Architecture; will consider candidates who have an AutoCAD certificate but lack an engineering degree
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must! Must be using AutoCAD daily to be considered proficient
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, ETC.)
Strong attention to detail
Strong sense of urgency; we are a fast-paced environment
Role is not best suited for Interior or Graphic Designers
Preferred
Designing commercial or telecom structures is preferred over residential
