Provide support for a wide range of operations in the nursing department
Aid the department in achieving its mission and goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in administrative support or related field
Ability to assist in advancing the university's mission and strategic plan
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
Commitment to the Catholic identity and Franciscan charism of the university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Experience in a higher education environment
Familiarity with workforce development initiatives
Knowledge of nursing department operations
