Responsibilities

Developing innovative and effective solutions for DoD customers within the IC sector
Transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365)
Administering in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure
Implementing and troubleshooting Database Availability Groups (DAGs)
Troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues
Working independently with minimal supervision
Setting customer expectations and devising and implementing action plans
Communicating professionally with all parties

Required

Required Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Experience: A minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange Engineering
Active Directory: Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
Exchange Administration: Experience with transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure
Database Availability Groups (DAGs): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGs
Performance Troubleshooting: Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues
Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical Issue Management: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to set customer expectations, devise and implement action plans, and communicate professionally with all parties

Preferred

Security Development Operations (SecDevOps): Familiarity with iterative development projects and SecDevOps principles
Communication Technologies: Experience with various communication technologies and solution architectures
ServiceNow: Proficiency with the ServiceNow ticketing system
Authentication and Authorization (A&A) and Service Support Processes (SSP): Experience with A&A and SSP processes, including documentation
Technical Support: Experience in Tier 3 and 4 support
Development Methodologies and Skills
Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies
Programming Languages: Familiarity with modern software languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc
Automation: Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scripts
Microsoft Administration or Engineering Certifications: Holding certifications in Microsoft administration or engineering, including Azure certifications
