Member Service Associate

Alloya Corporate FCU is seeking a Member Service Associate to join their team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service to members while assisting with transactions, problem resolution, and promoting financial products.

Responsibilities

Assist members with first-level product support utilizing active listening skills and service level standards to provide solutions to members
Document call information and open tickets as needed by gathering all necessary information to ensure proper handling
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services as well as applicable procedures, laws and regulations
Cross-sell products as appropriate and provide lead information to account owners

Qualification

Customer service experienceFinancial services knowledgeMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Two-year college degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in customer service or call center environments with a focus on financial services
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new technology quickly
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
