Responsibilities

Provides senior-level instrumentation and controls (I&C) engineering expertise for the planning, design, and delivery of complex control systems and automation solutions

Independently applies advanced engineering judgment to develop control philosophies, specifications, and construction documents that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Serves as a technical leader within project teams, supporting quality delivery, operational reliability, and profitable project execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline required

Eight or more (8+) years of relevant industry-related experience, in instrumentation and controls engineering or automation system design

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred

Experience designing PLC, DCS, and/or SCADA-based control systems for industrial, utility, infrastructure, or process-related projects

Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., ISA, IEEE, NEC, NFPA)

Proficiency in engineering design tools, documentation software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred

Experience with common automation platforms and programming environments preferred
