Assist with maintaining Cresco’s level of service with existing accounts
Learn all aspects of Cresco’s sales model while mentoring under our outside sales team
Work towards enhancing customer relationships
Continually assess customer’s needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent telephone skills
Computer knowledge and a working knowledge of our CRM database
A working knowledge of our rental fleet and pricing structure
Understanding market trends – supply and demand market pricing
High energy level, comfortable performing multiple tasks in their day-to-day activities
Professionalism and integrity consistent with Cresco's core values
Ability to function well as a team member
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Having knowledge of Cresco's store operations is beneficial
Develop an understanding of competitor's business models, rental rates, and service areas
