The role primarily focuses on HR/Payroll support, leading initiatives and projects, performing SAP configuration tasks, and collaborating with various teams to deliver custom development and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Leads initiatives/projects by partnering and prioritizing with business owners to perform process analysis, gather business requirements and document enhancement specifications to align with company goals
Leads support for Barton Malow’s SAP / Success Factors systems, including custom functionality, and releases/upgrades, while coordinating efforts with our SAP Solutions Team
Performs SAP configuration tasks, as required by new or changing business requirements
Collaborates with SAP Developers and other SAP Systems Analysts to debug system issues and help deliver custom development and enhancements
Leads unit, integration and user acceptance tests for SAP functionality. Develops test plans and test cases, stages test data, and documents test results
Partners with business owners to curate and deliver ad hoc reports, complex reports, and analytics taking advantage of current options and learning new/emerging technology to support business requirements, audits, etc
Qualification
Required
3-6+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, full lifecycle projects, support/upgrades, stakeholder engagement; experienced in payroll processing is required
Configuration (EC, ECP, Workforce Software), data management, reporting, integration tech, testing, tools
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, PMP encouraged
Preferred
Experience working in construction or industrial industries
