Responsibilities

Manage calendars, correspondence, files, reports, and special projects for the Assistant VP; coordinate conference travel and task force preparations
Lead and mentor administrative support staff; oversee daily operations, assign priorities, manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring and training
Oversee purchasing, budgets, memberships, parking, and office procedures; serve as emergency preparedness floor manager; coordinate hours of operation and event logistics
Provide administrative support for leadership committees, accreditation processes, peer reviews, and staff development initiatives; prepare agendas, minutes, and records
Ensure efficient front-office operations, visitor support, and workspace organization; maintain resources and procedures that enhance efficiency
Assist with confidential requests, records release, special projects, and represent CMHC administration as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, correspondence, confidential files, and executive-level projects
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Preferred

Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Experience in higher education, healthcare, or counseling center settings
Proven success in staff supervision, performance management, and team development
Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, and resource management
Experience coordinating events, trainings, and operational logistics
Experience with Electronic Health Records
Experience with *DEFINE
