Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the performance management system (transitioning from Lattice to Quantum Workplace), ensuring accurate data
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and initiate performance review cycles (project-based, summary, upward feedback)
Ensure data integrity across reports with strong attention to detail
Assist with the rollout of Quantum Workplace, including configuration, testing, documentation, and launch activities
Manage post-launch system administration, updates, and process improvements
Produce timely, accurate reports for senior leaders and support the development of dashboards to track performance trends
Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align performance management with firm goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a HR or similar role, preferably in a global or consulting environment
Experience in Power BI
