RTC Aerospace LLC is an aerospace manufacturer of complex, high-tolerance parts. The Calibration Technician will maintain a controlled work environment and perform gauge calibrations, manage calibration systems, and ensure measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

Calibrate and/or arrange for the Calibration of Mechanical tools (gauges, micrometers, calipers, & inspection fixtures) throughout the facility

Maintain calibration management system

Complete all regularly scheduled assignments and/or clearly defined verbal directives, in a timely manner

Test and calibrate measuring instruments to maintain functionality and accuracy traceable to N.I.S.T

Perform routine calibration tasks using only prescribed procedures, work instructions, and/or applicable ISO requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment

Maintain outside calibration certification files

Performs other duties as assigned
