Responsibilities

Takes care and settles customer complaints and special orders
Answers customers’ questions regarding product or service and operations or maintenance
Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, nature of products and services is at a level of complexity that usually involves up to two years
Talks with customers by phone to ensure the best service possible
Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services
Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered
Refers complaints of product or service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service

Required

High school diploma or the equivalent
1 years of experience and working knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain management as well as Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes
Ability to work independently on multiple threads of work, possess strong analytical skills and be highly organized
Must have a strong customer focus and be self-motivated
Able to perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in logistics, accounting, engineering, business or finance
Previous experience with warehouse management systems (preferably SAP)
Background in warehousing, customer service, records accuracy or inventory management
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
