Attend depositions, court hearings and mediations
Handle cases from inception to conclusion
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs
Provide status reports and communicate with clients

Qualification

Litigation experiencePre-trialTrial experienceResearchWriting skillsCalifornia bar licenseDrafting discovery motionsCross-examination experience

Required

8+ years of litigation experience
Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
Pre-trial and/or trial experience
Strong research and writing skills

Preferred

Experience cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses desired
Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
