Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and quality execution across all project phases

Lead the functional configuration of the Oracle Payroll module, ensuring all system designs and setups align with client business processes, compliance needs, and operational requirements

Direct and validate Payroll compare cycles, proactively identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and establishing effective remediation strategies to ensure accurate payroll processing

Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize integrated Payroll solutions that support broader HCM Cloud capabilities and deliver holistic value to clients

Anticipate client needs, proactively address potential challenges, and formulate actionable solutions to resolve complex client issues, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and elevating client satisfaction

Required

7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing

3+ years of experience with leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module

Bachelor's degree

Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
