They are seeking a Principal Solution Engineer to serve as a senior technical and domain expert supporting sales and customer engagements, playing a key role in complex sales cycles, pilots, and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers

Partner with Account Executives on complex deals as the primary technical authority

Conduct advanced product demonstrations, workshops, and onsite evaluations

Advise customers on AI adoption, deployment architecture, integrations, and best practices

Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world customer needs

Support proof-of-concepts and early-stage implementations

Required

10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting

Extensive experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or regulated industries

Strong understanding of operational workflows, SOPs, training, and frontline systems

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and scalable deployments

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Minimum 50% travel, including customer sites, workshops, and executive sessions
