Review each file to ensure Secondary and Investor guidelines are met

Ensure compliance regulations are met

Clear all conditions once processor has met the conditions

Make management aware of key issues

Assist in training as needed

Work with Encompass to make sure that all paperless Underwriting documents are properly placed for all future use by the Closing, Funding, and Shipping departments

Work under maximum stress, with short deadlines, anxious processors, LOs, and title companies, and heavy workloads
