Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze portfolio company financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics

Support quarterly investment valuations using standard methodologies (DCF, LBO optional)

Build and maintain financial and operational models, including cash flow, working capital, and scenario analyses

Assist with post-acquisition onboarding, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

Prepare management and board-level materials with clear insights and recommendations

Support audits, covenant analysis, and capital structure reporting as needed

Drive operational improvement and data analytics projects across portfolio companies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Big 4 accounting, financial advisory, operational consulting, or finance operations

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building financial models

Solid accounting foundation and strong analytical capabilities

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Active CPA strongly preferred

Experience with post-acquisition portfolio management or operational support is a plus
