Responsibilities
Quant UXRs use methods and tools that include survey research, in-product intercepts, behavioral analytics, regression analysis, and logs analysis
Possess a deep knowledge of how to gather, analyze and make sense of UX data to better understand behavior, and can work independently to design, execute and analyze quantitative research studies
Led influential UX research initiatives, made sense of complex data sets, and have effectively integrated self-reported and behavioral data to conduct driver analyses and longitudinal impact studies
Passionate about turning research insights into actionable recommendations and skilled at prioritizing research investments for maximum impact
Energized by the opportunity to influence a large-scale digital transformation by representing the wants and needs of our clients through impactful insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar
3+ years of product research experience in an applied setting
Expertise in survey design and analysis
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations for improving the user experience
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, Qualtrics) and data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience designing, collecting and analyzing data from site intercepts
Demonstrated expertise in descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics (e.g., t-test, correlations, regression analysis), and experimental design
Preferred
Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
Experience building data dashboard
