Account Executive

Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing client account information
Maintain client accounts by processing funding requirements to ensure that loan advances are in compliance with credit policy
Manage payments on behalf of the borrower and issue monthly client account statements
Maintain financial integrity by researching and reconciling discrepancies, auditing and verifying documents, following internal controls, and understanding and monitoring loan documents to ensure compliance
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related group tasks as needed, including special projects
Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions

Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with clients, peers, and company contacts
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills are required in order to perform essential functions listed above
General understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to interface effectively and professionally with senior level management
Ability to multi-task several projects at once
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint)
Creative and strategic thinker capable of analyzing information/processes to determine overall trends and make appropriate conclusions
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience or training
0-2 years of experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Some experience in financial industry
