Responsibilities
Design and conduct qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions
Analyze and synthesize research findings to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development
Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in UX research, including multiple qualitative methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and techniques
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Spanish speaking
