Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team of Master’s- and Bachelor’s-level counselors, with staff maintaining small caseloads of three to four youth
Provide weekly individual supervision, clinical guidance on referred cases, and coverage for families when counselors are unavailable
Facilitate organizational and clinical team meetings at least twice per month, participate in all program-related meetings, and ensure timely documentation using required computer systems
Support program development, problem-solving, and evolving operational needs as the program expands
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy required
Valid driver's license required
Must successfully clear Justice Center and Statewide Central Register background checks
Preferred
Two years of experience working with the SED population and prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
LMSW candidates are encouraged to apply, and supervision hours toward full licensure may be available
Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
