Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash

Experience in object-oriented programming

Experience with AI/ML, autonomous systems, or graphics immersions, such as AR or VR

Experience with conducting research and writing software

Ability to work independently and in teams

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Scheduled to obtain a Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Winter 2028

Experience building Agentic AI systems leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent Protocols (A2A) in relevant frameworks, such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore

Experience building Generative AI systems leveraging LLMs for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

Experience building robotics and autonomous systems with the associated software stacks, including reinforcement learning, ROS, computer vision, computer networking, such as TCP/IP, or external sensor data streams

Experience working with computer hardware, including GPUs, Arduinos and Raspberry Pis, or external sensors

Experience building immersive applications involving AR or VR, digital twins and high-fidelity 3D graphics utilizing tools, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or Maya

Ability to be a self-starter with exceptional work ethic, drive and motivation

Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts

Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
