Responsibilities
Interviewing and selecting candidates who are best-matched with current position openings based on the HR interview, work history and availability
Coordinate an interview with the hiring manager
Process all of the on-boarding activities if selected
Assist the Field Recruiters in posting openings
Sourcing candidates
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related role
Basic knowledge of application tracking systems and Human Resources policies and best practices
A positive, can-do attitude!
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish & English speaking
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
