Responsibilities
Monitoring, trending and forecasting global network performance and capacity planning
Collaborative implementation of global network technologies. Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for and mentor the Global Network Operations Team
Utilize professional concepts and company policies/procedures to implement a diverse range of architecture solutions in our production environment
Lead the development and implementation of pro-active IP network monitoring and alerting tools
Support Mosaic’s global network tools and technologies in compliance with approved processes and strict change management procedures
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree required, major in related field
5+ years of Operations Management experience
5+ years of IT Infrastructure knowledge
5+ years of Cisco Network experience
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA) – Cisco required
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred, major in Computer and Information Science or related field
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Cisco preferred
