Responsibilities

Leading pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales technical support within your designated region to drive regional performance objectives
Conducting both online and offline product demonstrations and empowerment training, including technical workshops for internal teams
Managing end-to-end resolution of regional product issues—tracking, analyzing, debugging, and optimizing workflows to elevate customer satisfaction
Contributing to the department’s knowledge base by creating and refining technical documentation, guides, and training videos
Collaborating on product testing initiatives to enhance performance and usability
Independently managing regional travel for partner/customer engagements, trade shows, and strategic account support
Providing on-site after-sales maintenance and assisting with instrument repairs to ensure operational continuity

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, ideally specializing in Surveying, GNSS, or a related technical field
Proven experience in technical customer support or service, preferably in a B2B or industrial technology environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in public speaking and presenting, including delivering technical training and demos to diverse audiences
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
A track record of solving complex technical problems with analytical rigor and sound business judgment
A professional yet approachable demeanor to build and maintain trust with partners
Reliability, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset
Fluency in English (Chinese or additional languages are a plus)
