Independently plan and execute plumbing design projects

Apply advanced engineering concepts to solve complex problems

Prepare construction estimates and specifications

Review submittals, produce meeting reports, and lead construction meetings

Troubleshoot operating systems and perform peer reviews

Attend job walks and contribute to proposal development

Travel to job sites for evaluation and data collection

Required

5+ years of plumbing design experience in healthcare facilities

California P.E. or CPD registration

P.E. registration in other states is a plus
