Branch Manager
Chino Commercial Bank is seeking an Experienced and Qualified Branch Manager who is passionate and driven. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of a full-service branch, focusing on business development, team management, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities
Leads business development efforts for the branch by actively soliciting new deposit, loan relationships, and merchant services accounts as well as expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase profitability
Maintains a visible and active presence in the community through participation in business, civic, and service organizations, public speaking engagements, and other outreach activities that promote the Bank’s brand and services
Cultivates and manages customer relationships by meeting with customers to assess financial needs, recommend appropriate Bank products and services, and resolve complex issues as necessary
Promotes a strong sales culture by educating staff on Bank products and services, motivating employees to cross-sell, monitoring performance against established goals, and reinforcing ethical sales practices
Reviews market conditions, customer trends, and competitive factors affecting the branch and makes informed recommendations to senior management regarding marketing strategies and growth opportunities
Originates and manages loans in accordance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including gathering and analyzing financial information, preparing financial reviews, and recommending loan structures and terms
Coordinates the processing and servicing of approved loans to ensure compliance with lending policies, customer expectations, and documentation standards
Provides leadership, supervision, and direction to branch management and staff, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused work environment
Recruits, trains, develops, and retains branch personnel through effective coaching, delegation, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessary
Ensures adequate staffing and coverage for all branch functions, including coordinating schedules, approving time off, and adjusting resources to meet business needs
Leads by example in delivering superior customer service and reinforces service expectations through ongoing communication, training, and feedback
Develops a highly cross-trained team by promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and professional growth among staff members
Oversees day-to-day branch operations, including opening and closing the branch, approving large transactions, reviewing operational reports, and ensuring an orderly, secure, and professional branch environment
Ensures full compliance with Bank policies, internal controls, audit standards, security requirements, BSA, CTR, and all applicable state and federal regulations, and implements corrective actions as necessary
Conducts periodic reviews and audits of branch operations, cash controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation
Monitors branch expenses and implements appropriate cost controls to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while supporting business growth
Maintains working knowledge of industry trends, regulatory developments, and economic conditions affecting branch performance
Prepares required management, operational, and compliance reports accurately and in a timely manner
Serves on internal committees or project teams as assigned by senior management
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support branch operations and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience must include branch operations, business development, lending, and supervisory responsibilities within a financial institution
Progressively responsible experience in branch management, team leadership, and business development
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, tax returns, credit analysis, and lending practices
Working knowledge of state and federal banking regulations, compliance requirements, and Bank policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales and growth objectives
Proven leadership, organizational, and delegation skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in standard banking and office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise discretion and sound judgment in complex situations
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation, when required for business purposes
