Responsibilities
Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company
Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators; resolve issues
Timely and accurate shipment of customer orders
Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers including: Department stores, Discounters, Independents/Specialty, Boutiques, Drop ship/Direct Consumer
Qualification
Required
1-3 Years of Customer Service experience
Knowledge of EDI a plus
Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus
Experience managing client accounts
Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus
Computer skills with proficiency in Excel
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
