Support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements
Compiling and reviewing medical records
Communicating with clients and insurance adjusters
Assisting with investigations and case strategy
Managing deadlines
Formatting and filing motions and pleadings
Preparing discovery requests and responses
Qualification
Required
3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiffs' side
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
High school diploma
Preferred
Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect
