Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be evaluation of set-up and performance for Tensile, Drop, Electrical and Function testing

Testing will be performed in accordance with written procedures, MIL-STD’s and industry specifications

Test data will be generated to support customer requirements

Occasional heavy lifting, travel and overtime may be required as well as testing in inclement weather

Required

High School Diploma (associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)

Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization

A Safety mindset with attention to detail

Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required

Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications

Preferred

Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is beneficial

Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred

Experience in a test lab environment with exposure to instrumentation such as Oscilloscopes, Charge Amplifiers & Signal Conditioners, EBW/HBW Firesets, High Speed Cameras, Watlow Controlled Environmental Chambers

Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
