Responsibilities
Oversee the overall deployment of fiber optic networks in the MDU residential environment
Track, oversee, and report on the progress and quality of work performed by construction contractors
Implement and oversee Quality Assurance procedures for independent contractors and insourced personnel to ensure project accuracy and launch quality
Establish profitability goals and supporting strategies
Execute implementation plans for MDU construction projects
Act as a liaison with customers and inspection entities to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
Order, track, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of new construction jobs
Coordinate and manage locate companies, DOT, and power companies as needed to achieve project objectives
Perform other duties as required and assigned by management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience, including fiber optic networks and OSP/ISP construction
Previous experience in MDU project coordination or a related field
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while consistently meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with construction processes and technical aspects of MDU projects
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Highly independent, self-starter, and self-motivated
Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing environments
Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal partners
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to make and support recommendations
