Staff Resource Pool - Assistant Branch Manager
Mission Fed Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who is passionate about leadership, sales, and service excellence. The role involves supporting daily branch operations, coaching a high-performing team, and contributing to branch marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals
Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lending—including real estate loans (with MLO status)
Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services
Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff
Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Symitar experience is a plus
