Responsibilities

Develop and execute a focused sales strategy targeting golf courses, country clubs, and private clubs
Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers, Club Managers, Superintendents, Directors of Agronomy, HR leaders, and Operations executives
Consult with clients to understand seasonal labor challenges across golf course maintenance, agronomy, clubhouse, and hospitality operations
Present customized H-2B visa workforce solutions aligned to clubs’ seasonal cycles, peak demand periods, and long-term staffing needs
Represent másLabor at golf and club industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and regional networking opportunities
Partner closely with internal operations, recruiting, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high ongoing satisfaction
Serve as a trusted industry advisor by educating clients on workforce planning, compliance, and best practices related to the H-2B program

Required

Proven experience in golf course management, club operations, agronomy, hospitality leadership, HR, or workforce management within the golf or private club industry
Established network of professional relationships within golf courses, country clubs, or private clubs
Strong in-market presence with the ability to meet clients in person and build long-term, trust-based relationships
Working knowledge of seasonal employment cycles, agronomic staffing needs, and operational rhythms specific to golf and club environments
Excellent consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a field-based sales role
