Responsibilities
Lead architecture and technical strategy for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements
Work directly with clients to define business requirements and design scalable, secure, cloud-based solutions
Design and document architecture using Dynamics CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Build and extend solutions through C# plug-ins, workflows, and custom integrations
Oversee data modeling, API integrations, and performance optimization
Ensure solution quality, security, and adherence to Microsoft best practices
Collaborate with delivery teams to guide roadmap planning and governance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and Power Platform
Deep technical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Strong C#/.NET development skills for plug-ins and custom workflows
Expertise in Azure services, integrations, and enterprise solution design
Experience in the Insurance sector (P&C, Life, or Specialty)
Confident communicator with client-facing consulting experience
PL-600 certification required
Preferred
Other Dynamics or Azure certifications a plus
