Responsibilities
Customer Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Sales Generation: Proactively generate new sales leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics using CRM software
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the bioceutical, pharmaceutical, or health and wellness industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
High level of organization and attention to detail
